WTE Miami 2024 strategic partner Agency Be is an event management and experiential marketing company based in Miami. WTE Daily spoke with Partner Fernando Rojas about the agency’s involvement in the show and its focus on the MICE market.
Can you tell us a bit about Agency Be’s role at WTE Miami?
Agency Be is a strategic partner for WTE Miami. In this capacity, our company is responsible for the event planning, show management, and execution. Within these areas our team is responsible for the creative process, marketing and commercial services, sponsorship management, content development, AV production, staffing, among other activities.
How are you implementing your vision of “experiential marketing” at WTE Miami?
Agency Be is responsible for the creative process for the show. Our vision for the curation of WTE Miami is developing a dynamic travel and tourism event where networking, business opportunities, and educational content are always alive. The show is presented within a design-forward aesthetic and includes an infinite variety of activations from sponsoring brands, exhibitors, and WTE as well. We have also developed a variety of side events such as themed parties and Miami city tours.
Apart from Agency Be’s role in organizing WTE Miami, what specific markets is the company looking to respond to?
Agency Be specializes in the meetings, incentives, conferencing, and exhibitions (MICE) segment and we are looking to connect with organizations planning experiences throughout the Americas. Our company’s clients are based in the US, Canada, Mexico, and other countries in Latin America, and we offer services that include meetings, incentives, conventions, exhibits, roadshow, and product launches, among others.
