Hyatt is building where the people are moving. Its Essentials portfolio, Hyatt Studios, Hyatt Select, Hyatt Place and Hyatt House, has 36 hotels and around 4,000 rooms in the pipeline across the Southeast, with Florida the heaviest: Hyatt Studios are planned for Orlando, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Pensacola, Sarasota and Venice. Half of the US deals signed in 2025 were in markets entirely new to Hyatt, and Chattanooga got its first Caption by Hyatt this year. For advisors this means more World of Hyatt points in secondary cities.
